RETURNS/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
1. Due to the nature of the products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, unless the item is damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered. Although all items are carefully checked and packed before delivery, mishaps inevitably happen, therefore customers are requested to examine goods immediately upon delivery. Claims, if any, please must either email us (order@fairvalue.com.hk) or Whatsapp us (5994 8886) your contact information and reason of return within 3 working days of delivery; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery. In order to assist us with assessing the situation, we would advise that you please If applicable, take a photograph of the problem or defect with the product. All returns must be authorized by us before sending the item back. Fair Value is not responsible for return shipping, nor any fees associated with return shipping.
2. After assessing the situation and dependent on whether the claim is reasonable to us, we may be able to refund you by your original payment method, replace the product or offer you cash back on your next purchase, whichever method is most appropriate. It should be noted that for reimbursements, credit card companies/PayPal may take up to 6 weeks to recognize the funds in your account, however the original delivery charges/service charges by bank or credit card if any, are not refundable.
3. As the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, remember to retain proof of postage/drop-off, so if your parcel gets lost in the mail, you will be able to send us proof that you have mailed the parcel. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
4. Items must be returned in their original condition, and accompanied by their original tags. Please note that items returned damaged or do not comply with the returns policy will not be refunded.
5. All items will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, but in the rare event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or is incomplete, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
6. In the event of any disputes, and/or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail and Fair Value (FV) reserves all the rights for the final decision.
